Not only did the staff go above and beyond by returning my forgotten earphones promptly, but they also provided ironing facilities upon request, showcasing their dedication to guest satisfaction. The room's heating and air conditioning were remarkable, allowing me to adjust the temperature to my liking, while the spacious sitting area provided a cozy spot to relax after a long day of exploring. The parquet floor added a touch of elegance to the room, complementing the well-appointed amenities and free toiletries provided.
